You will find when kayaking that you’ll eat more than normal! Luckily there is ample storage space on the sea kayaks. Bring food that is simple, nourishing but quick and easy to cook. We would appreciate it if you could remove all excess packaging and carry food in bags (supermarket cloth bags are ideal).
Snacks: bananas, chocolate, muesli bars
Lunches: sandwich type food (cheese, salami, tuna), fruit, biscuits
Evening meal: pasta, rice or noodles with sauce plus soft vegetables, meat, canned fish
Breakfast: cereals, fruit, yoghurt, toast, baked beans
